Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The successful consultant will occupy a pivotal role within the IT or Finance team, responsible for ensuring the optimal and effective utilization of the Oracle Financials ecosystem within the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementation & Development: Participating in projects to implement, upgrade, or scale Oracle Financials modules (such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management).
- Support & Consulting: Providing technical and consultative support to end-users in the Finance department, resolving complex operational and technical issues they encounter.
- Configuration & Customization: Configuring financial applications according to the company's specific business requirements while ensuring alignment with global best practices. This may include limited customization work.
- Integration & Testing: Ensuring seamless integration between the Oracle Financials system and other internal systems (e.g., HRMS or Supply Chain systems). Preparing and executing comprehensive test plans.
