Job Description

You will be responsible for leading field sales efforts to expand the company's market share in the industrial furniture sector across Oman. The role focuses on building strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their core needs, and providing suitable solutions from the industrial furniture product range. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting for new clients and developing a customer base within industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, and commercial facility sectors.
  • Conducting regular field visits to potential and existing customers to present offers and close deals.
  • Understanding clients' technical and practical requirements and proposing industrial furniture products (e.g., tool cabinets, workbenches, storage units, integrated safety equipment) that meet those needs.
  • Preparing competitive quotations and following up until the deal is finalized.
  • Achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Providing regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and competitor insights.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of all company products and their competitive advantages.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in outdoor/field sales.
  • Previous experience in selling industrial furniture, industrial equipment, warehouse products, or related materials is a significant advantage.
  • Good understanding of the business market in Oman, with an existing professional network (contacts) being a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently with high self-motivation to achieve targets.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and suitable vehicle for field mobility (details are usually clarified upon application).
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Work Location
