Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The appointed Partnerships Executive will join a dynamic team responsible for developing and managing the company's partnership portfolio. The role will focus on creating mutual value with partners to enhance customer loyalty offerings. The core responsibilities expected for this position include:
- Partnership Development: Identifying and pursuing new strategic partnership opportunities with local and regional brands across diverse sectors such as retail, hospitality, entertainment, and services.
- Partner Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the relationship with existing partners from negotiating agreement terms, through operational implementation, ensuring mutual objectives are met, and managing contract renewals.
- Target Achievement: Working towards defined sales and revenue targets related to partner accounts, providing regular performance and metric reports.
- Deal Negotiation & Closure: Preparing and presenting comprehensive proposals to potential partners, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Internal Collaboration: Working closely with internal Marketing, Technology, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless partnership execution and an excellent experience for both the partner and the end-customer.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends and competitive landscape within the customer loyalty sector to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in business development, solution sales, or partnership management, preferably within the FinTech, marketing, or loyalty program sectors.
- Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written) in Arabic and English.
- Strong relationship-building and management abilities at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and data analysis skills for decision-making.
- High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce is a plus.
