Job Overview
The appointed Planner will hold a pivotal role within the company, responsible for developing and implementing operational and strategic plans. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and formulate detailed plans and schedules for projects or operational processes.

- Monitor plan progress, identify any deviations or potential risks, and propose corrective solutions.
- Prepare periodic reports and performance analyses for management and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments and units to ensure integration and harmony across all activities.
- Participate in setting budgets and estimates related to developed plans.
- Utilize specialized tools and software for planning and project management.
- Ensure compliance with the company's internal standards and policies during the planning and execution process.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
The company is looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a similar discipline.
- Proven practical experience of at least 3 to 5 years in planning roles, project management, or operational coordination.
- Strong analytical and deductive skills with the ability to handle complex data.
- Excellent proficiency in computer software, especially the Microsoft Office suite, with knowledge of planning tools like MS Project or similar (will be an added advantage).
- Superior organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and commitment to deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
