Job Overview

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in policy analysis, partnership management, management consulting, or a similar institutional environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional research and critical analysis skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and information into actionable reports.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to draft formal documents and presentations in a clear, persuasive manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and in a multicultural environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM systems or research tools is a plus.
