Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Recruitment Consultant will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between talent-seeking companies and opportunity-seeking professionals. Core responsibilities will include:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: From taking client briefs and defining specifications, to sourcing suitable candidates, screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, coordinating client interviews, and managing offer processes through to successful onboarding.
  • Business Development & Client Management: Developing strategic relationships with new clients and nurturing existing accounts to deeply understand their hiring needs and provide tailored consultative solutions.
  • Talent Sourcing & Headhunting: Utilizing multiple channels to identify top talent, including internal databases, online job portals (like Naukrigulf), professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and referrals.
  • Providing Consultative Advice: Offering professional guidance to both clients and candidates regarding market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in the hiring process.
  • Meeting Targets: Working towards defined sales and performance targets related to fill rates and business generation.
  • Ensuring Quality: Maintaining high standards of candidate quality and client satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: Proven track record of 2-3 years in recruitment consultancy, in-house recruitment, or a related HR field. Experience in the Saudi or Gulf market is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and HR best practices. Knowledge of key industry sectors within the Riyadh job market.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
