About the Role

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations architecture, business process improvement, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
