Job Description
FESCO SUPERMARKET in Sharjah is seeking a qualified Supermarket Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the team, monitoring service quality, and ensuring product availability according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and assign daily tasks.
- Monitor inventory and ensure availability of essential goods.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and display operations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the store.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Prepare periodic performance and sales reports for senior management.
- Supervise cashier operations and ensure accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supermarket or retail supervision.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours (including weekends).
