Job Description

The appointed RPA Developer will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects, from analysis to deployment and maintenance. You will be responsible for transforming manual, repetitive business processes into intelligent, reliable automated workflows, freeing up human resources for higher-value tasks and supporting clients' goals of reducing costs, increasing accuracy, and boosting productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze clients' existing business processes and identify suitable opportunities for automation using RPA methodologies.
• Design, develop, and deploy software robots (Bots) using leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Write clear and effective scripts (e.g., in Python or C#) to handle complex scenarios and system integrations.
• Conduct comprehensive testing (unit, integration, performance) to ensure the quality and reliability of bots before deployment to production environments.
• Fully document automation solutions, including workflow design, operational manuals, and recovery plans.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot deployed robots to ensure operational continuity.
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in RPA and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Technical Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience of at least 2-3 years in developing and implementing RPA solutions.
• Practical proficiency in one of the major RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism), with a preference for those holding relevant certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced RPA Developer).
• Strong understanding of programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, with experience in at least one language like Python, C#, or .NET.
• Experience with databases (SQL) and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for system integration.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and version control tools like Git.
• Ability to analyze processes and design workflow diagrams.

• Ability to manage time and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
