Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Sales Assistant will be stationed in one of the group's fashion retail outlets, serving as a vital part of the store's frontline sales team. The core responsibilities of this position include:

• Customer Service & Selling: Welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored advice on fashion products.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Actively contributing to the store's daily and weekly sales objectives by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Store Floor Management: Assisting in maintaining the store's high visual merchandising standards, including product arrangement, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and organized.
• Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the available product range, including materials, cuts, and current trends, to provide accurate information to customers.
• Cash Handling: Accurately processing sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash and card payments, and issuing receipts.

Required Qualifications & Skills
