Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will be stationed at one of Affordables Fashion's retail stores in Muscat, serving as the primary face of the company to customers. Your role will focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience and driving sales targets. The core responsibilities for this position include:

• Customer Service: Greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and providing professional product advice to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Sales Generation: Actively working to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective persuasion and product knowledge.
• Store Operations: Assisting with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, and ensuring attractive product displays.

Required Qualifications and Skills
