  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or any related technical engineering field.
  • Work Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 3 years in technical or engineering solutions sales, with a strong preference for direct experience in smart lighting systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), or Smart Home Automation solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of electrical principles and lighting systems, along with strong knowledge of the protocols and platforms used in smart automation.
  • Communication & Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts in clear, persuasive language to non-technical clients.
  • Personality: You must be a proactive individual, capable of working independently, with a genuine passion for technology and customer service. Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a significant advantage in the UAE job market.
