Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The successful Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales efforts for the company's cleaning equipment product line. They will focus on market development and increasing the company's market share through effective sales strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve defined targets and revenue goals within the Kuwait region.
- Prospecting for new sales opportunities and nurturing existing client accounts, which may include hotels, hospitals, commercial facilities, industrial companies, and contract cleaning firms.
- Delivering professional presentations and demonstrations of the company's cleaning equipment portfolio (e.g., industrial vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, specialized cleaning chemicals) to potential and existing clients.
- Preparing quotations, sales contracts, and following the sales process through to closure.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their core needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity, providing regular reports on sales activities and forecasts to management.
- Participating in trade shows or industry events as needed to enhance brand presence.
- Working closely with the technical support and customer service teams to ensure post-sale customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Significant proven sales experience may be considered in lieu of a specific degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in selling industrial or commercial cleaning equipment, industrial products, or facility supplies.
- Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Persuasive personality with a strong results-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and effective time-management skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Other Requirements: The applicant must possess a valid residency permit for Kuwait and a valid driver's license, as the role involves client visits and mobility.
