Barakat Group Of Companies is actively recruiting a motivated Sales Executive to specialize in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes (HORECA) sector, based in the vibrant city of Dubai. Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The appointed Sales Executive will be integrated into the HORECA sales division, serving as the primary driver for developing and growing the client base within the hospitality industry. Core responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to target hotels, restaurants, cafes, and similar establishments across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
  • Prospecting for new clients and building long-term business relationships.
  • Conducting presentations for potential and existing clients to showcase the company's portfolio of products or services.
  • Negotiating contracts and terms to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Providing exceptional after-sales customer service to ensure client satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Monitoring market trends within the HORECA sector and providing regular reports to management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Participating in relevant trade shows and industry events to enhance networking and brand promotion.
  • Working closely with internal marketing and logistics support teams to ensure seamless customer fulfillment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the HORECA sector, food & beverage sales, or hotel/restaurant supply sales.
  • Knowledge: A deep understanding of the structure and dynamics of the hospitality market in Dubai and the UAE.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written) in English and Arabic.
    • Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Other: The applicant must possess a valid driver's license and have their own car, as the role involves extensive travel for client visits.
