Job Description

Key Expected Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand the company's client base in the local and regional market.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through active prospecting, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with existing and potential clients, deeply understanding their technical and commercial needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and competitive quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with marketing and technical support teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of the company's products/services, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Accurately manage sales pipelines and reports using CRM tools.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in technology, software, or value-added services sales. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the UAE or GCC market.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
  • A driven, self-confident personality with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team spirit.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and CRM packages (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (often preferred for field sales roles).
