Job Description & Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be placed within an active sales team, primarily responsible for driving revenue growth across the company's multiple product lines. The role will focus on building and maintaining strong business relationships, deeply understanding client needs, and providing suitable solutions from AWS DISTRIBUTION's extensive product portfolio.
Key responsibilities expected for this position include:
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve financial targets and promote diverse product lines.
- Prospecting for new sales opportunities and developing new client bases in the Qatari market, while nurturing relationships with existing customers.
- Conducting product presentations and commercial negotiations with potential and existing clients.
- Preparing sales quotations and contracts accurately and professionally.
- Following up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Working closely with internal marketing and technical support teams to provide comprehensive customer service.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Preparing regular reports on sales performance, pipelines, and revenue forecasts for management.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience of at least 3 years in sales, preferably within the distribution, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), or technology sectors.
- Previous experience handling multiple product lines or in a distribution environment is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a team player mentality.
- A proactive, results-driven, and highly self-motivated personality.
- Good analytical skills for assessing market and performance data.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- The applicant must be residing in Qatar with a valid work permit, or be willing to relocate to Doha.
