Job Overview

The Sales Manager will hold a pivotal role in leading and executing sales strategies within the vibrant and growing Saudi market. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, building strong relationships with new and existing clients, and leading the sales team to enhance Shiji Group's presence and increase its market share in Saudi Arabia's rapidly evolving hospitality sector, fueled by Vision 2030 initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and develop the comprehensive sales strategy for the Saudi market, aligning with the company's global objectives.
  • Manage and mentor the local sales team, including training, development, and motivating individuals to achieve their targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline across hotel, restaurant, and leisure segments.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key clients, including major hotel chains and independent establishments.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that address complex client needs in Property Management Systems (PMS), restaurant solutions, cloud platforms, and more.
  • Analyze market performance and provide regular reports to senior management on sales, forecasts, and competition.
  • Work closely with marketing, post-sales support, and development teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to promote the Shiji brand.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software or IT sales, with a proven track record in a leadership role (Sales Manager or Supervisor).
  • Strong experience and deep knowledge of the hospitality (hotel/restaurant) sector in the Saudi or Gulf market is a significant competitive advantage.
  • A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent ability to motivate and build a collaborative team spirit.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to analyze data and utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and forecast sales.
  • A dynamic, self-driven personality with a strong passion for technology and solving customer problems.
