Job Description

The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for bridging the two critical roles in the product or technical solution lifecycle. It goes beyond mere selling to encompass integrated post-sales technical support, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and optimal utilization of the provided solutions.

Key expected responsibilities include:

• Technical Sales: Deeply understanding clients' technical and operational requirements and presenting suitable engineering proposals and solutions from the company's products or services portfolio.
• Technical Support & Service: Providing direct technical support to customers, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of sold products or systems.
• Business Development: Contributing to identifying new sales opportunities within the Saudi market and participating in the preparation of technical and commercial bids.
• Customer Training: Training the company's clients on the optimal use of products or software, ensuring the necessary technical knowledge transfer.
• Market Feedback: Acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments (e.g., R&D, Production) to relay market feedback and development requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or any relevant engineering discipline related to the company's field).
• Experience: Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role combining technical sales and engineering support or customer service. Experience in the Saudi or Gulf market is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the relevant technical products or solutions related to Alliage Global's field (which may include areas like industrial systems, automation, equipment, or specialized software).
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken), with effective presentation and persuasion abilities.

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally within Saudi Arabia as required by the job.
