Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The appointed developer will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and customizing the SAP system according to the specific business requirements of Diyar United Company. Core responsibilities include:

• SAP Program Development & Customization: Designing, programming, and developing reports, interfaces, forms, function modules, and enhancements using the ABAP/4 language.
• Requirements Analysis: Working closely with business users and SAP analysts to understand needs and translate them into executable technical specifications.
• Debugging & Maintenance: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in existing programs, implementing urgent fixes, and ensuring system stability.

• Documentation: Preparing and accurately updating technical and program documentation for all developments and modifications made.

Qualifications and Key Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Work Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 3 to 5 years in SAP ABAP/4 development in a live work environment.
• Advanced Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in ABAP/4 and ABAP Objects programming languages.
  • Experience in developing SAP reports (ALV, Classical), data interfaces (RFC, BAPI, IDoc), and SAP Smart Forms or Adobe Forms.
  • Good knowledge of OData and Fiori development technologies (considered a strong advantage).
  • Understanding of core business processes in SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), FI/CO (Finance & Controlling).
  • Experience using SAP debugging and performance optimization tools.
• Personal Skills:
  • Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
