We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior CRM Account Executive to join our sales force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Overview

The Senior CRM Account Executive will be responsible for leading and growing strategic customer relationships within ServiceNow's CRM business segment. This role focuses on understanding complex customer needs, articulating the powerful value of the ServiceNow platform, and managing the full sales cycle to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This position is pivotal in supporting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and the comprehensive digital transformation across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the CRM segment within the territory.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities with prospective clients, as well as grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage complex sales pipelines from prospecting through to closure.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in large and medium enterprises.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, consulting, and partner teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of CRM market trends, ServiceNow competition, and technological innovations.
  • Meet and exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 5-7 years in field sales or account management, with a strong focus on selling enterprise software solutions (SaaS or Cloud).
  • Deep, hands-on experience in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions domain is highly required.
  • Consistent over-achievement of sales quotas in a highly competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and challenges faced by companies in the Saudi and Gulf markets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
