- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in real estate sales or consultancy, preferably within the Dubai or wider Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's residential and commercial areas and property types.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client persuasion skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A mature, reliable, and results-oriented personality.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
