Job Description and Responsibilities

The Senior QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for leading and implementing quality assurance and control strategies within the company's technical and engineering projects. • Leading the development and implementation of comprehensive Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans and systems for projects.

• Conducting internal audits and regular assessments to ensure compliance with required quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001 or industry-specific standards).

• Preparing detailed quality performance reports and presenting them to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this leadership role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer Engineering, or a related field). A Master's degree or advanced professional certifications will be a distinct advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC), with a significant portion in a lead or supervisory role. Experience in sectors such as technology infrastructure, telecommunications, energy, or major engineering projects is highly preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001). Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies (statistical analysis, FMEA, design review, etc.). Strong familiarity with industry-relevant technical regulations and standards.
• Personal Skills: Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication and presentation skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Meticulous attention to detail.
• Professional Certifications: Possession of recognized professional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), or their equivalents, is highly desirable.
