Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer will hold a pivotal role in ensuring the operational efficiency and high reliability of critical rotating machinery within industrial facilities. The core responsibilities will include:

• Technical Supervision: Provide specialized technical expertise in all aspects of rotating equipment such as compressors, turbines, pumps, turbo-machinery, and fans.
• Maintenance & Reliability: Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment performance and minimize unplanned downtime. Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and devise effective corrective action plans.

• Project & Commissioning Management: Participate in design reviews for new projects, equipment selection, and supervise installation, initial commissioning, and handover processes.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent from a recognized university.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in rotating equipment maintenance and operation, with a proven track record in heavy industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power Generation, or Water Desalination.
• Technical Knowledge:
