Job Description

ProLab Systems W.L.L. in Bahrain is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Sales Engineer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals in technical sales, particularly within the laboratory solutions and scientific equipment sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical sales growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that meet the Bahraini market's needs. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen to achieve sales targets and enhance the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technical sales strategies to achieve set targets
  • Deliver technical presentations and integrated solutions to prospective and existing clients
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in both public and private sectors
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to provide client support
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze market performance
  • Participate in trade shows and technical conferences to enhance company visibility

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in laboratory or scientific equipment sectors
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand complex technical specifications and translate them into practical solutions
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of the laboratory and scientific equipment market in Bahrain and the Gulf region
  • Experience dealing with government entities and private sector clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
