Job Description

ProLab Systems W.L.L. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join its team in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering innovative solutions in the field of laboratory systems and scientific equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify potential clients and build a professional network in the laboratory, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
• Deliver integrated technical proposals including equipment and services.
• Conduct field visits to clients in Bahrain and other Gulf countries.
• Follow up on tenders and requests for proposals, and prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows and technical conferences to enhance brand presence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in laboratory or scientific equipment sectors.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).
