Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The ServiceNow Developer will play a pivotal role within the development team, focusing on customizing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet precise business requirements. You will be responsible for designing, building, implementing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions that streamline IT and business service operations.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Analyzing business requirements and designing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Developing and customizing applications, modules, and integration interfaces (REST/SOAP APIs) using ServiceNow.
- Configuring and implementing Workflows, Process Models, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Performing platform upgrades, data migrations, and ensuring system stability and performance.
- Collaborating closely with business consultants and system analysts to understand needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
- Documenting technical designs and implementation procedures.
- Staying updated with the latest ServiceNow platform features, releases, and development best practices.
Qualifications & Essential Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow data models, application architecture, and system security.
- Strong scripting skills using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Practical experience with API development and integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Application Developer (CAD) certification is a significant advantage.
- Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
