Job Description & Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and growing Super Micro Computer's market share in the thriving Saudi market. He/She will be the primary owner for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve financial targets and solidify the company's position as a preferred technology partner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the full sales cycle for the company's products and solutions (servers, storage, integrated solutions) in the territory.
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base, with a focus on key sectors such as: Data Centers, Cloud Service Providers, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and the Government sector.
- Building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with key customers and local partners.
- Managing and mentoring the sales team (if applicable) or working closely with technical and engineering support teams to ensure strong proposals that meet customer needs.
- Analyzing market trends and competition to identify new growth opportunities.
- Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Representing the company at local industry events and conferences.
Qualifications & Requirements
Super Micro Computer is looking for a candidate with a proven track record in selling complex technology and infrastructure solutions, coupled with a deep understanding of the Saudi market.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration (Marketing/Sales), or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the technology sector, with proven experience selling server, storage, or data center infrastructure solutions.
- Leadership experience in managing sales teams or complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market and a strong professional network within the local IT sector.
- Strong understanding of technology trends such as Cloud Computing, AI, and Automation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all management levels.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
