Job Overview
The Strategic Alliance & M&A Manager holds a pivotal role in leading and executing the Authority's external growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively scout for new investment opportunities through strategic alliances or M&A activities across diverse sectors, locally, regionally, and globally.
- Analysis and Evaluation: Lead comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal analysis of target entities or opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop complex financial models and present data-driven strategic recommendations to support senior management decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, or Economics. A Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or professional qualifications like Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly preferred.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of directly related experience in fields such as investment banking, corporate strategy management consulting, or managing M&A transactions within an investment firm, sovereign wealth fund, or private equity.
- Technical Skills: Superior proficiency in financial modeling and valuation, with a deep understanding of accounting and finance principles. Strong knowledge of the legal and regulatory aspects of deal-making.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to senior executives. Advanced analytical and complex problem-solving abilities. Capacity to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
- Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
