Job Description

As a Talent Recruiter at IMEC Inc, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs with department managers, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, to extending job offers to suitable candidates. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure attracting the best talents in the Qatari market.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements for open positions.
• Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukrigulf, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews and assess skills.
• Coordinate the hiring process with relevant departments.
• Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
• Follow up on the onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintain and update the candidate database regularly.
• Prepare periodic reports on recruitment status.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Qatar or the Gulf region.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good knowledge of online recruitment platforms and social media.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Qatar labor laws is a plus.
