Job Overview

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Leadership & Supervision: Direct, monitor, and manage the performance of the operations team to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met.
• Planning & Coordination: Participate in resource planning and allocation, coordinating operational schedules to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor execution processes to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
• Problem-Solving: Address any operational challenges or obstacles promptly, making appropriate decisions to ensure business continuity.
• Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivational work environment.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic reports on team performance, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Significant practical experience may compensate for this.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in operations or logistics, with at least 2 years of proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high-performance goals.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
• Technical Knowledge: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and Warehouse/Logistics Management Systems.
