Job Overview
The Unit Head E-Channels will occupy a strategic leadership position within Tawteen's structure. This individual will be the primary person responsible for leading, developing, and executing the company's comprehensive e-channels strategy. Key Expected Responsibilities and Duties
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive vision and strategy for the E-Channels unit, aligned with Tawteen's overall business objectives.
- Performance & Development Management: Lead, guide, and develop a specialized e-channels team to ensure the highest performance standards are met.
- Digital Project Management: Oversee the design, development, and launch of new electronic projects and platforms, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- User Experience (UX/UI) Enhancement: Ensure a seamless, secure, and innovative experience for end-users across all digital touchpoints.
- Analytics & Performance Measurement: Establish frameworks to measure e-channels performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various internal departments (such as Marketing, IT, Operations) and external vendors to achieve effective integration and coordination.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar discipline. A Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in e-channels management, digital transformation, or digital product management, with proven leadership experience of at least 3-5 years in supervisory roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), e-commerce platforms, data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and information security principles.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent ability to lead and motivate teams, with effective communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking). Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
