Job Overview
The Vice President of Real Estate Development will hold a pivotal leadership role within the company's organizational structure. - Reporting: Provide clear and comprehensive periodic reports to senior management on project progress, financial performance, potential obstacles, and proposed solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Academic Credentials: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural) or Business Administration (specialization in Real Estate or Finance). A Master's degree in Business Administration or Real Estate Development is a significant advantage.
- Professional Experience: At least 15 years of advanced experience in the real estate development field, with a strong focus on managing major and complex projects. This experience must include a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., General Manager or Vice President level) within a sophisticated real estate development environment.
- Geographic Knowledge: Deep, proven, hands-on experience in the Middle East real estate market, preferably within the Emirate of Dubai specifically. Strong knowledge of local regulations and procedures is essential.
