Job Description

The Logistics Department at Thales is looking for a Warehouse Operator to manage inventory, receive and store materials, prepare orders, and ensure accuracy in shipping and receiving operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify them against invoices and purchase orders
• Store materials in designated locations according to warehouse management system
• Prepare and pack orders for shipment
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and maintain accurate records
• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for material tracking
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse
• Collaborate with the logistics team to improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of English (reading and writing)
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
• Physical ability to lift heavy items as required
