Job Description

The Administration Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily administrative operations. Key Expected Responsibilities:

  • Supplies Management: Ensure the availability of all office supplies and manage ordering and inventory processes.

  • Project Assistance: Provide necessary administrative support for various ongoing projects and initiatives within the company.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar administrative or executive role, preferably within engineering companies or large corporate environments.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of electronic filing and document management systems is a plus.
