Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The Building Maintenance Engineer will be an integral part of the hotel's Engineering and Maintenance team. - Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs for critical building systems and respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and repairs.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in building maintenance, with preference given to experience in the hotel sector, large residential complexes, or commercial properties.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) building systems. Knowledge of Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems is a plus.
- Personal Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), and the ability to work effectively within a team and in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be proactive and possess strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Safety Commitment: A strong awareness of safety protocols and safe working procedures.
- Language: Proficiency in English for communication. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantageous addition.
