Job Description

The appointed Decoration Carpenter will be responsible for the following duties:

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials and other composites according to required specifications.
• Install decorative wooden elements such as: wall panels (moldings), cornices, frames, built-in decorative cabinets, and special architectural details.
• Ensure high-quality finishes through sanding, painting, polishing, or varnishing.
• Work collaboratively with interior designers, contractors, and other team members to achieve the project's aesthetic vision.
• Strictly adhere to occupational health and safety standards on the worksite.
• Maintain and care for all tools and equipment, keeping them in good working condition.

Requirements and Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Proven practical experience of at least 3-5 years in decoration carpentry and finishes.
• Proficiency in manual carpentry skills and the use of power tools (e.g., circular saw, jigsaw, router, nail gun).
• Strong knowledge of wood types (natural and engineered), composite materials, and installation/fixing methods.
• Ability to work with high precision and a keen eye for detail.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards.

• Previous experience working on residential or commercial projects in Kuwait or the GCC region is preferred.
