Job Description
The selected executive will be integrated into the marketing team and will be primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the company. The role will focus on enhancing the brand's digital presence, generating leads, and driving engagement across various digital channels.
Key Expected Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create integrated digital marketing plans aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Social Media Management: Create engaging content, manage accounts on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, and interact with followers to build a strong community around the brand.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Local SEO: Work on optimizing the company website to improve its visibility in search engine results, with a focus on the local market in Dubai and the UAE.
- Paid Advertising Campaign Management: Plan and oversee advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media channels, optimizing budgets for the best return on investment (ROI).
- Content Creation & Marketing: Contribute to creating valuable content (blogs, posts, newsletters) to attract the target audience and establish the company as a thought leader in its field.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital campaigns and channels using tools like Google Analytics, preparing regular reports that measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Email Marketing Management: Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Competitor Monitoring: Track and analyze competitors' digital activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Proven hands-on experience of at least 2-3 years in digital marketing, preferably within the services sector or a similar industry in the Gulf region.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media management, SEO, SEM, content marketing).
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.
- Good knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Proficiency with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
