Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The appointed HR Assistant will be integrated into the Human Resources department supporting the group's retail operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the HR unit, contributing to workforce efficiency and supporting growth strategies. The core responsibilities for this position are expected to include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, with a focus on retail sector needs (stores, sales, workforce logistics).

- Coordinating with other departments such as payroll and operations to ensure information flow and integration.
Qualifications & Essential Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of practical experience in a Human Resources or supporting administrative role. Previous experience within the retail sector or other fast-paced environments is a significant advantage.
