Job Description and Responsibilities

- Compliance & Review: Ensuring all insurance activities and programs comply with local and international regulations and industry best practices.
- Advisory & Development: Providing advice and guidance to various departments within the Authority on insurance and risk management matters, and contributing to the development of related policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be a qualified candidate for this important role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or Risk Management. Preference will be given to candidates with higher academic qualifications or specialized professional certifications (e.g., ACII, CPCU).
- Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the insurance or risk management field, preferably with some exposure within major financial/investment institutions or insurance companies.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various insurance products and services (e.g., Property, Liability, D&O, etc.) and local/international insurance markets.
- Personal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to analyze data and present reports clearly, attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work within a team in a dynamic environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
