Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be a suitable candidate for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or any field related to Quality or Training.
• Professional Certifications: Possession of recognized quality certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor - CQA) or Trainer of Trainers (TOT) certifications is highly preferred.
• Work Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of practical experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the contracting or heavy industries sector. Proven experience in training and personnel development for at least 2 years is essential.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), material inspection procedures, quality control plans, and documentation methods.
• Personal Skills:
