Referral Sales / Marketing Executive - Healthcare Sector
DM Healthcare LLC is seeking dynamic and results-oriented professionals to join its team in the Sultanate of Oman for the position of Referral Sales Executive / Referral Marketing Executive. Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the company's partnership and referral-based growth strategy. The core focus will be on building and nurturing a strong network with potential referral sources within the healthcare ecosystem. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to generate referrals from doctors, private clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare centers.
- Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with key referral partners, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations from DM Healthcare's services are met.
- Organizing meetings and presentations to showcase the company's services and products to targeted referral sources.
- Effectively tracking incoming referrals and ensuring a seamless experience for referred patients by coordinating with internal operational teams.
- Analyzing the performance of various referral channels and preparing periodic reports on results and development proposals.
- Staying updated on market competitors and trends within Oman's healthcare sector.
- Achieving agreed-upon monthly and quarterly targets for the volume and quality of referrals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess the following:
- Work Experience: Proven experience of 2-3 years in service sales or marketing. Previous experience in the healthcare sector or related industries within the Gulf region, specifically Oman, is highly preferred.
- Personal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Persuasive personality with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team spirit.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an added advantage.
- Logistical Requirements: The candidate must possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle, as the role requires commuting between branches and regular field visits.
Work Location & Opportunities
The primary base will be in one of the cities: Muscat, Sohar, or Ibri, with a willingness to travel between these locations as per business requirements.
