Essential Requirements and Qualifications

- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a recognized nursing diploma.
- Valid License: Possession of a valid nursing license from the local regulatory authority in Abu Dhabi (e.g., Department of Health - Abu Dhabi) or be eligible to obtain one. A home country license or practice certificate is preferred.
- Specialized Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 2-3 years in a Labor and Delivery department or a Neonatal Care Unit within a modern hospital setting.
- Clinical Skills: Proficiency in clinical skills related to antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care, including fetal monitoring, pain management administration, and immediate newborn care.
- Personal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a high degree of empathy and patience.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a significant advantage.
