Job Description & Responsibilities

Key expected responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share for waterproofing and construction chemical products.
• Identifying and targeting new potential clients, including contractors, real estate developers, consulting engineers, and architectural firms.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Mechanical) or a related field like Business Administration with technical experience.
• Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in technical sales or construction materials sales, with a strong focus on Waterproofing and Construction Chemicals (WPCC) products.
• Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing products (coatings, membranes, injections) and construction chemicals (admixtures, repair materials, bonding agents).
• Deep understanding of construction phases and processes in the UAE or GCC market.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English. Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team spirit.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Preferred Skills:

• An established professional network within the UAE construction sector.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of local building standards and regulations.
