- Sales Team Leadership: Directly supervising sales representatives, providing daily guidance, evaluating their performance, and offering constructive feedback and support to enhance productivity.
- Sales Target Achievement: Developing detailed action plans for the sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management are met or exceeded.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop and execute effective strategies for market penetration and increasing the company's market share within traditional trade channels.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building strong, sustainable relationships with store owners and key clients in the assigned territory, addressing any inquiries or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role (e.g., Sales Supervisor, Team Leader). Experience in the Traditional Trade sector within the Qatari or Gulf market is a significant competitive advantage.
