Job Overview

The Assistant HR Recruitment Manager will be part of the Human Resources department at DMC Healthcare and will be primarily responsible for supporting and executing recruitment strategies to attract top medical and administrative talent. Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates to match their skills and experience with job requirements, focusing on medical, technical, and administrative roles.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms (such as Naukrigulf, etc.), databases, and active sourcing to reach suitable candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, enhancing the company's employer brand.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate database and ensure follow-up communication.
  • Prepare periodic reports and analytics on recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).
  • Assist in developing and improving recruitment policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with local regulations.
  • Work closely with various department managers to accurately understand their hiring needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for experience in the healthcare or medical sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the job market and recruitment sources in Oman and the Gulf region in general.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, HR software, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Omani labor laws and regulations is a distinct advantage.
