Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or Communications.
- Work Experience: Proven hands-on experience in one or more of the mentioned fields (Audio-Visual/Lighting/ELV/Electronics/Networking). Required experience varies depending on the job level (Engineer or Technician).
- Technical Skills:
- Practical knowledge of products and equipment from leading companies in these fields.
- Understanding of technical schematics and engineering drawings.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- For Engineers: Skills in preliminary design and project planning.
- Personal Skills: Ability to work within a team, good communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure to complete tasks on schedule.
- Professional Certifications: Certifications from vendors like Crestron, Extron, AMX, Cisco (at CCNA level or equivalent), or certifications from security and safety system manufacturers are a strong advantage.
