A leading and distinguished player in the Saudi market is now accepting applications for the position of B2B Sales Representative at its headquarters in the capital city, Riyadh. Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The B2B Sales Representative will be entrusted with a range of core tasks and responsibilities to drive sales targets and expansion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and Executing Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement effective sales plans targeting other businesses and organizations (B2B) to achieve defined financial targets.
  • Managing the Full Sales Cycle: Oversee all stages of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation, through presentations and demonstrations, to closing deals and contract preparation.
  • Building and Managing Client Relationships: Develop long-term, profitable relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their deep-seated needs and propose suitable solutions that add value to their operations.
  • Participating in Events and Conferences: Represent the company at trade shows and industry-specific conferences to identify new opportunities and build a strong professional network.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare detailed periodic reports on sales performance, market activities, and sales forecasts for senior management.
  • Adhering to High-Quality Standards: Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain the company's reputation as a reliable partner in the market.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Proven practical experience of at least 3 years in corporate (B2B) sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience in the Saudi or Gulf market is a significant advantage.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • High ability in persuasion, influence, and relationship building.
    • Excellent negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team spirit.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing work environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
