Job Description and Responsibilities

The Civil Site Engineer will be directly responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site to ensure execution according to the highest standards of quality, safety, and schedule. Key responsibilities include:

• Construction Site Supervision: Daily management of construction operations, monitoring work progress, and ensuring compliance with approved engineering drawings and specifications.
• Quality and Safety Control: Implementing quality control programs, conducting periodic inspections, and ensuring strict adherence to all local and international safety regulations to prevent accidents.
• Team Coordination: Working closely with contractors, suppliers, consultant engineers, and the internal project team to ensure seamless integration of all activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in a similar role as a site engineer on construction projects, with preference given to experience in the UAE or Gulf market.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of civil construction works, blueprint reading, material specifications, and UAE building regulations.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership ability and teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility: Ability to work in construction site conditions and adapt to required working hours.
• Language: Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication. Knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage.
