Job Description
As a Civil Engineer, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards, and managing on-site teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising construction and building works according to drawings and specifications.
- Preparing periodic technical reports on project progress.
- Coordinating with contractors and consultants to ensure smooth workflow.
- Reviewing engineering designs and suggesting improvements.
- Ensuring the application of occupational health and safety standards on site.
- Managing project timelines and allocated budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in infrastructure or building projects.
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong knowledge of international quality and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
