Job Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical), Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. A postgraduate degree (MSc) is an advantage.
- A recognized professional certification in cost management (e.g., MRICS, CCE, CCP) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of practical experience in cost management, with a strong focus on major infrastructure or complex construction projects.
- Proven experience working in Qatar or the GCC region, with a deep understanding of local market conditions and practices.
- Strong proficiency in cost management software such as CostX or Candy, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
- Comprehensive knowledge of common international contract forms (e.g., FIDIC, NEC).
- Exceptional analytical and investigative skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in English. Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
- Leadership ability with excellent team management and negotiation skills.
