Job Overview

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical), Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. A postgraduate degree (MSc) is an advantage.
• A recognized professional certification in cost management (e.g., MRICS, CCE, CCP) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of practical experience in cost management, with a strong focus on major infrastructure or complex construction projects.
• Proven experience working in Qatar or the GCC region, with a deep understanding of local market conditions and practices.
• Strong proficiency in cost management software such as CostX or Candy, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
• Comprehensive knowledge of common international contract forms (e.g., FIDIC, NEC).
• Exceptional analytical and investigative skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in English. Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
• Leadership ability with excellent team management and negotiation skills.
